Safety and Emergency Procedures + Wet Drill Training (Initial and Recurrency)

The experienced team at Sullivan Aviation Services has a wealth of aviation technical knowledge in all aspects of aviation training in particular in the field of Safety and Emergency Procedures, Fire Fighting and Wet Drill Practical, for all aircraft types. All instructors are competent in Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) Part 121.010 (previous CAO 20:11) training and assessing requirements.

We can adapt the training requirements to best suit your company needs and timeframe, be it an Initial or Recurrent course. This includes CASA’s most recent "Three yearly Safety and Emergency Equipment Training and Checking requirements for Aircrew".

Sullivan Aviation Services is not an RTO however, we follow the Australian Skills and Quality Authority (AQSA) and Vocational Education Training (VET) guidelines.

Endorsed to train across these aircraft types: Airbus A319, A320, A330, Boeing B737, B777, Embraer E170, E190 (E1, E2), BAe146. Operated and trained on Global Express, G5, Challenger 604, Falcon 7500, and more.

All trainers have TAE 40116 Certificate in Workplace Training and Assessment.

By updating your company Aircrew Manual you will have a modern and current manual suite that is in line with CASA’s Manual of Standards 2020 (MOS)

Aviation Initial Aircrew Manual Design and Development 

The experience at Sullivan Aviation Services in manual design and development is exceptional and thorough. Previous Aircrew Safety and Emergency Procedure Manual design and development for airline operators have been approved in collaboration with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) Cabin Safety Inspectors.

The team will work with you, ensuring that your company manual will meet the highest of standards and that it will be successful in is approval process having meet the CASA Manual of Standards (MOS) guidelines. Once the manual development is completed we can then provide a seamless training transition program for your aviation professionals.

Gabrielle Sullivan (Managing Director) has successfully been involved in setting up aircrew departments at Skytraders - Antarctic Division, Pionair/ASL. She has worked closely with CASA Safety Inspectors and achieved approval for these companies to be granted an Air Operator Certificate (AOC), which included Project Managing the Evacuation Demonstrations and Proving Flights for these companies.

Ab initio Aircrew Department set up 

At Sullivan Aviation Services we have qualified and experienced nurses and paramedics who have been trained to an advanced level. We are passionate about educating and training aircrew to the highest standards.

This proactive hands-on medical training approach gives aircrew the confidence to deal with any medical incident/emergency onboard your aircraft.

This can also include training on the operation of the Tempus IC/Tempus IC2. All trainers have TAE 40116 Certificate in Workplace Training and Assessment.
